As of May 28, 1:00pm ET Trolley has deployed a resolution that processed all of the pending verifications through our TIN Matching Service. For our Plus plan customers, we will continue to monitor our daily runs.

Update

We have isolated the TIN matching issue and are currently implementing a resolution that we aim to go live tomorrow.

For Standard plan customers, this will delay Tuesday's run delay to Wednesday, May 28 for this week. For Trolley Plus customers, TIN matching service will resume on Wednesday, May 28, and daily runs will continue from then onward.

We’re currently experiencing a disruption in our TIN matching service due to an issue with our IRS integration. This affects any workflows requiring TIN validation including the activation of a recipient, potentially impacting their ability to be paid.

Our team is working on a resolution that will cause no further changes to the recipient and merchant experience. For all Tax customers, today’s TIN Match run is delayed and will be triggered once the incident is resolved. We’ll follow up later today with a timeline for resolution.
