Post our rebranding from Payment Rails to Trolley, our banking partners require that all transfers to Trolley be sent to our new legal name.
Effective September 30, 2022, the following change will take effect:
- Transfers to Fund your account sent to Payment Rails CA Inc. will be returned.
- Transfers to Fund your account sent to Payment Rails Ltd will be returned.
If you have any scheduled or automatic fund transfers set up to pay either of the accounts above please update your records with our new legal name.
The legal name you should use depends on a few factors. More instructions about this change will be sent to your email by September 27.
